We're proud to have achieved Bronze accreditation from Investors in the Environment (iiE).
This recognises the progress we've made in embedding environmental sustainability across our organisation and strengthening the way we measure, manage and reduce our environmental impact.
As part of the accreditation process, we achieved an overall score of 84%, with particularly strong results in Environmental & Social Projects and Communication & Engagement, both scoring 100%.
The audit recognised a range of our initiatives, including improvements to waste management and recycling, strong colleague engagement through our Green Team, robust environmental monitoring, and projects such as our rooftop garden and participation in the Walking Works programme.

Why this is important?
As a provider of NHS-funded services, we’re committed to sustainability and support the NHS ambition to reach net zero.
This accreditation provides independent recognition of the progress we're making and helps demonstrate our alignment with those goals.
We're proud of what we've achieved, but this is just the beginning.
Looking to the future
Sustainability is becoming part of the way we do things every day, and we already have plans to build on this success through further work on sustainable travel, procurement, carbon reporting and colleague engagement.
A huge thank you to everyone who has contributed to our sustainability journey so far. This has not been a box-ticking exercise, but an initiative led with genuine passion and commitment.
