Making a difference with Little Voices
We are raising money at AireFest to help fund a vital project in Calderdale to support children who have experienced domestic abuse.
Support that makes a difference
We’re proud to be the official charity partner for AireFest.
Every day, we support children, young people and adults across Yorkshire to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Through compassionate, accessible services - from talking therapies to innovative digital support - we help people find the right support in a way that works for them.
Last year, we supported over 22,000 people through support and innovations, including digital front door Northpoint Navigator - and the need continues to grow.
You can learn more about how we are delivering effective mental health support, and how we are continuing to innovate to meet future need, in our impact report.
We are raising funds to help support our Little Voices project. Find out more and donate here.

Why your support matters
Funds raised at AireFest will directly support a vital project in Calderdale, delivered by us in partnership with EdShift - supporting children who have experienced domestic abuse.
Too often, these children carry the emotional impact of their experiences alone. There is limited specialist support available, and many struggle to make sense of what they’ve been through.
This project changes that.
The difference you can help make
Your donation will fund “Little Voices” - a proven, play-based dramatherapy programme designed for children aged 7-11.
Through storytelling, puppetry, play and imagination, children are given a safe space to explore their experiences, process emotions, and build resilience.
This isn’t just therapy - it’s a way for children to find their voice again.
What your donation will fund
A target of £30,000 will:
- Deliver four cohorts of the Little Voices programme
- Support up to 32 children through structured 8-week groups
- Fund a small specialist team working across Northpoint and EdShift
- Generate evidence to support long-term funding and expansion
With your support, children will feel safer, find healthier ways to express their emotions, build confidence and resilience, and thrive in school and relationships.
This is about more than short-term support - it’s about changing life chances.

Be part of the change
The more we raise, the more children we can reach.
By donating today, you are helping a child feel heard, understood and supported - possibly for the first time.
Every contribution makes a real difference.
Donate now and help us ensure no child faces this alone.
Special thanks
We’d like to thank Ann Dix, a Dramatherapist, supervisor, writer, and trainer who spent over 30 years working with children and families in the North of England. Ann developed Little Voices and gifted this to us so we could continue to deliver the programme.
