Around 400,000 children in England are seeking support, with long waits for autism and ADHD assessments. Systems need practical solutions now.
Northpoint Navigator is a digitally enabled access model for mental health and neurodevelopmental pathways. It brings together a single front door, structured referrals and clinician-led triage, screening and early support, helping people access the right help sooner.
Developed through live delivery in Calderdale’s Open Minds partnership, it is shaped by real demand, frontline practice and service user experience.
