We’re part of a local, NHS-based mental health partnership, where organisations work together to support the emotional wellbeing of the people of Leeds. Our talking therapies are BACP-accredited.
LMWS offers:
- Omnitherapy – guided online self-help courses
- Online group classes
- Primary care mental health support through your GP
- Talking therapies
- Employment support and advice

Adults aged 17 or over, registered with a Leeds GP and experiencing common mental health issues such as stress, depression, anxiety or post-traumatic stress.
