SilverCloud digital programmes
We work with SilverCloud to offer digital mental health support for children, young people, parents and carers.

What we do
We work with SilverCloud to offer digital mental health support which is based on CBT principles. These online interventions have been developed with young people to support them, as well as their parents and carers.
The programmes we offer include:
- Supporting an anxious child or teen
- Space from anxiety
- Space from low mood
- Space from low mood and anxiety
- Living well with ADHD
- Supporting a child with ADHD
- Supporting an autistic child or teen
- Living well as an autistic teen

How it works
Support is free, accessible and involves minimal waits. A ‘supporter’ will provide online encouragement, guidance and advice, as well as helping to monitor risk and effectiveness.
Young people aged 14 and over must be IT literate, and will require access to a device such as a smartphone, tablet or laptop in order to use the programme.
We also offer SilverCloud programmes as part of our schools therapy service.

Digital mental health and neurodevelopmental support is available for young people aged 16 to 19 across Calderdale and Leeds, as well as their parents and carers.
