What are we celebrating?
This accolade presents an opportunity to recognise the way we work, and the culture we create.
Values-driven culture
Our values are more than just words, they’re woven into everything we do, from client relationships to how we collaborate internally.
Growth opportunities
We provide diverse learning experiences, and bring in external expertise to help our team develop.
Recognition
Our approach to recognition and wellbeing ensures our team feels valued and motivated to bring their true, best selves to work.
What’s next?
While this accreditation is a huge achievement, we’re already setting our sights on what this year may bring.
We’re committed to refining our communication, leadership development, and training even further to ensure we continue empowering our colleagues to succeed.
To enhance communication across the organisation, we’ve recently launched our staff voice programme, creating a space where colleagues feel encouraged to share their ideas and provide feedback openly.
Our new wellbeing working group is fully underway, with plans to confirm our three-year mental health and wellbeing action plan over the next month. This will focus on developing a workplace community that embraces difference, as well as placing emphasis on the mental health and wellbeing of our staff.
We appreciate the importance of social value, so we’re also exploring ways to make an even greater impact on our community and the environment.
Acknowledging our team
This Silver accreditation wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible colleagues. This accomplishment reflects the dedication, hard work, and commitment of everyone within our organisation.
Throughout this year, we’ll continue to work towards our three-year strategy, dedicated to delivering effective mental health support, and being a brilliant place to work.
