Introducing our new Senior Leadership Team

We’re excited to announce our new Senior Leadership Team (SLT), who bring a wealth of experience, expertise and passion. This new team reflects our commitment to building on our infrastructure for a healthy and sustainable organisation.

Heading up the team is Duncan Pearse, our CEO, who works closely with our Board of Trustees, as well as senior teams, to bring our shared vision to life - a world that supports good mental health for all.

Key members from our previous Senior Management Team have moved into new director roles.

Helen McGlinchey, Director of Children and Young People Services: Helen holds operational and strategic responsibility for our schools services in Leeds, as well as our children and young people services across Calderdale.

Hazel Burleigh, Director of Adult Services: Hazel plays a pivotal role in ensuring that adults in need of mental health support receive comprehensive and effective services.

Mandy Bowers, Director of People and Culture: Mandy is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

We are also thrilled to welcome two new members to our SLT.

Rose Kearns, Director of Business Development: Rose is an experienced business development professional with over two decades of experience in diverse industries and geographies. Her role will focus on identifying new opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing our reputation as a trusted provider of services.

Martin Horbury, Director of Finance: Martin brings a wealth of financial experience from both the commercial sector and charitable not-for-profit organisations. With his strategic insight, Martin will oversee our finance function, IT systems and governance areas.

Our SLT will support in leading us toward our shared goal of providing the best and most appropriate mental health support to those in need. Together, we will continue to make a positive impact and ensure good mental health support for all.
