Mental health and wellbeing services for adults registered with a Leeds GP

What we do

We’re part of a local, NHS-based mental health partnership, where organisations work together to support the emotional wellbeing of the people of Leeds. Our talking therapies are BACP-accredited.

LMWS offers:

  • Omnitherapy – guided online self-help courses
  • Online group classes
  • Primary care mental health support through your GP
  • Talking therapies
  • Employment support and advice

Adults aged 17 or over, registered with a Leeds GP and experiencing common mental health issues such as stress, depression, anxiety or post-traumatic stress.
