Employer-funded counselling for staff of local companies and organisations
What we do
The Employee Counselling Service is an employer-funded, confidential counselling service. It aims to help employees deal effectively with difficulties that adversely affect their work performance, health, or general wellbeing. This ensures that staff have somewhere to turn when life pressures start to mount. Whether the sources of stress are within the workplace or outside it, taking prompt steps to resolve the problem is in the interests of employee and employer alike.
The service provides:
- confidential counselling away from the work environment, at Leeds Bridge House in the city centre
- accredited therapists (BACP or equivalent)
- access to employee counselling without committing to a costly EAP package
- timely response to referrals
Sessions take place at Northpoint Wellbeing in Leeds.
As a company or organisation in the local area, you can access the Employee Counselling Service on behalf of your staff.
