Free counselling for parents and carers of 0-5s in the Leeds area

What we do
We’re a free, BACP-accredited counselling service for parents and carers of young children, and for those expecting a baby.
We can support you with a range of issues, including:
- Anxiety and depression
- Bereavement
- Relationship difficulties
- How best to care for your children and yourself
Our counselling sessions are mainly held remotely by phone or video call, or face to face at some children’s centres across the city.

Who for
Parents or carers of a child aged 0-5, or pregnant (either partner is eligible), living in the Leeds area and registered with a Leeds GP.
