Private group therapy for adults
What we do
Leeds Group Therapy provides a safe and confidential space to explore and manage difficult feelings or situations. Group therapy can seem daunting but proves to be very supportive and effective for many people. At a testing time in life, it can help to see your problems from a fresh perspective, and to learn from the experiences of others.
The group is led by a qualified and experienced group analyst, and confidentiality is key. We take care to ensure that members are not known to each other outside of the group, and to build trust among members so that concerns may be freely shared.
Group members may be seeking help with a variety of issues, including:
- relationship difficulties – with partner, friends, family, work colleagues
- low mood or anxiety – perhaps chronic or enduring feelings that prevent you from living to the full
- bereavement – whether recent or not.
Our long-term group takes place on Tuesdays from 5:00 – 6:30pm, at Northpoint Wellbeing in Leeds.
Who for

“I came to view my sessions as a safe haven where I could say what I felt without being judged. I can now see much more clearly.”
