Access to SilverCloud online CBT for children and young people in Leeds
What we do
We support young people aged 11-19, where anxiety and low mood are affecting their day-to-day life. Young people, or their parents and carers, have access to SilverCloud programmes online, supported by experienced members of staff.
We take referrals from community groups working with young people, clinicians in physical health services working with children with long term conditions (such as asthma), Mental Health Support Teams and Special Inclusive Learning Communities (SILC’s).
Young people aged 11-19, and/or their parents and carers, can access MindMate SilverCloud Children & Young People Project with a variety of issues, including anxiety and low mood.
How to refer
Referrals to this service are made with the support of a professional from the children’s respiratory medicine clinic, community groups, SILC or Mental Health Support Team, so please talk to a professional in one of these areas first.
